Well RUFINA FREDERICK MUST GO!!!!!....she is the hinderance to our children's education. Stop the bashing of the messenger and listen to the message. The Teachers Union has not been able to work with Rufina for years now. She is an impediment to all the policy initiatives and runs this Ministry like her back yard garden. But I blame Kenny Anthony for facilitating her in getting her Phd when other persons were in line too begging for assistance. The embarassment that she has caused the Ministry with local, regional and international bodies has reached the limit. DR LEWIS THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW!!!!!

I wish the Teachers' Union would come out and say what issues they have with the PS. This has been going on for a while now yet there are still so many questions. Why can't they work with her? Hurry up and clear the air! Please!

We need to know why the Union has had this issue with the PS of Ed. for so long. It is my hope that if indeed the PS is to be replaced it will be a more qualified person.

There are plenty of qualified persons to hold the position if the PS is creating a rift in matters of education. My hope is that our Govt will not continue recycling old heads within the system. I am simply tired of the level of mediocrity that passes for professionalism and quality in this country.

For goodness sake give our young qualified educated professional a chance. The older individuals like Virginia Albert and others can do very well serving as advisors.

Get this PS OUT! She is a misfit and is causing chaos in the Ministry of Education. The woman is too darn swell - headed. She needs to go. Period!

Tell Monrose shut up. When this same PS passed a circular in 2010 saying the the ministry of education will not upgrade any teacher to grade 13, who had done a master's degree without having done a bachelor's degree first(which is alright every where around the world)he monrose said nothing, because he agreed. Now he wants the PS out at his convenience. What a misfit he is.
