Warning Issued to Importers of Toxic Chemicals

These chemical have been used to commit quite a few suicides. Stringent controls and regulations are needed to avert it's use as a medium for future suicides. I recall this individual buying a quart of a certain pesticide thought to be gramaxzone, and began drinking it right at the store. Minutes later the young man was salivating uncontrollably in a gutter until he perished . This happened in the presence of young and old in broad daylight.

These chemicals are destroying the natural ability of the soil to produce food. Eventually St Lucia's Agriculture will suffer. One of the worst chemicals used in the agricultural sector is Round Up. If the farmers are using Round Up then all the seeds they are planting are Round Up ready and all round Up ready foods are bad for the health of people. Round UP is detrimental to people and to the environment. Tell that to the Chemical Control authority. We are actually killing our people and hurting our agriculture. So while people commit suicide with these so called pesticides, these pesticides are killing our soil and preventing our soil from producing food naturally. We are using too many chemicals and for whatever reasons nothing is good about them or the use of them.
