I applaud this new initiative by Teddy Francis and welcome the "Caribbean Perspective" on social, political and other matters. Brave Teddy!!!! I am hoping that there is a forum on the internet where St Lucians living abroad can contribute to the debate. Moving on up to "Teddy Francis GPS"
