WOW...I'm shocked!! My buddy, Ange as he was known by many, and former workmate in the RSLPF. I'm glad I had the chance to meet you the day before I left St. Lucia last year down south for Journay Creole. A true gentleman and decent police officer. I have never heard anyone say a bad word about him.
