Let Minister Guy Joseph tell the nation exactly why the Government is being threatened with a law suit by Suez. It appears Cascal submitted its bid after the closing date but for some reason .....we can all guess....Cascal's bid was accepted.
Mr. Minister if you did nothing wrong.....then....there should be no suit that you can't win ...right?
How long before we can re-start this privatization without an instant lawsuit by Suez?
