  1. Well done, Mr. Chou.

No matter how stupid the statements of Kenny Anthony, there will always be a segment of the population that believes him. The way to combat ignorance is with knowledge.

Mr Chou, you don't necessarily have to answer to Dr. Anthony; you need to answer to the people of Saint Lucia. We need an accountability of all funds (or contributions) made to anyone or entity in our country. If your process of distribution of funds are honorable, make it known to the people and we will respect that decision.

  3. Well, that's stupid. The Taiwanese, or any country, could give an accounting for funds, but that doesn't mean they divulge everything. What other countries give an accounting of all their assistance? What about individuals? If you want to subvert some person or group, you could channel money to them through, for example, the president of the St. Lucia/China Friendship Society, or whatever they call themselves.

  4. Mr Chou should not be handing out RED envelopes, that's an insult to the Labour Party; he should be giving out YELLOW envelopes. Please respect our colours Mr. Chou and stop being colour-blind.
Be patient Labour, every rope has an end....those illegal handouts will soon dry up.

  5. Chupse..Mr. Chou does not need to respond to Kenny. Kenny is looking for any little excuse...please he is crying because he didn't meet with Chou after initiating ties with the country and the present government. I guess if that's the case the opposition leaders for ONE, STAFF Party and any other little opposition party should be crying for not having a chance to meet Mr.Chou.
Please Kenny get a grip, take a chill pill and at the back of it, take a back seat and let someone else run the Labour Party like Pip.

  6. boy chou have SLP and Kenny under defensive. SLP is losing it's crediblity on the matter.

  7. Oh, please do not go down the credibility road. Remember King:'Sir John only went to New York for his annual check-up.' How quick we are to throw others under the bus all the while hoping and praying that our own sordid past remains tightly tucked in a little corner. Don't see the tiny speck the SLP's eye when there is an enormous tree trunk lodged inside the UWP's.

  10. Here's a million dollar question for the next CXC exam:

Name the country for which its diplomat violates the laws of St. Lucia
    (a) USA
    (b) Canada
    (c) Venezuela
    (d) Taiwan

  11. Here's a one dollar question for the next Common Entrance Exam:

    Which laws would that be?

  13. So much nonsense - especially the comment on colours - please - no one has exclusive rights to colours! Kenny is too full of his own self-importance - just proves his arrogance. Too many idiots trying to run the country that's why it's getting nowhere fast!

  14. You are a moron. Pot belly Kenny Anthony?? Yeah, and Stephenson King has the lean physique of a world class athlete. Don't make me laugh. At least Kenny has rhythm and class. King unfortunately, or fortunately, if you ask me, does not.

  15. Kenny Anthony should not have critized the whole matter. What about his own vage im-and export business in Florida when his was prime minister? The donations of Taiwan are the money of the tax payers of Taiwan. It has been invested in education, agriculture and a hospital in St.Lucia. Tank you very much Taiwan!

  16. Anonymous on your comment about the longest rope has an end, and the illegal handouts will soon dry up, you rolling top in mud Mr. FOOLTON. How can it stop, when the SLP's main concern for getting back into office, is to once again receive their illegal handouts from the Chinese, which are much bigger than what the Taiwanese can ever hand out.

  18. Chou is definately lying about not giving money to UWP Representatives. So where did Jeanine Compton, the representative of Micoud get the million dollars she accounted for in Parliament.

  19. Taiwan is smart, they help the bottom up because it's the bottom who puts the government in power.

  20. Tom Chou is now the Hon Min. of Finance in St.Lucia. Anything we want and need just ask Tom Chou.

Taiwan must be the only diplomatic mission on the Island and the only friend of St.Lucia.

Forget that Diplomatic stuff, he lost this title by replying directly to the Leader of the Opposition.

Please Tom, ensure the cheque is in the bank for the next general election very early. An as my friend comical Ally, amother TOM please match it!!!

  21. Who does Kenny think he’s hurting? Is he being patriotic? He’s not hurting King, or the UWP but the people of St.Lucia benefiting from Taiwan’s current support. As a St. Lucian this has made me so furious, I can’t believe the SLP lacked the intestinal fortitude to remove Kenny from the helm of that party. It is shameful!! If he was a real statesman he would know better than to stand on a political platform and make unfounded accusations! We must all realize we now live in a multilateral and technologically advanced world, it requires very little to ruin diplomatic ties as well as reputations. I ask, what good would that serve the St.Lucian people?

  22. Kenny seems to be always angry.

Kenny's not angry, he's focused on government issues. He is a leader of the opposition who is doing his JOB. He has always been a dedicated civil servant working on behalf of all Lucians; his wisdom cannot be underscored in any capacity and he continues to bring out the truth and transparency of the state.
Lets all be realistic, KENNY MAKES NEWS; KING CONCEALS NEWS!!
