WASCO is an outdated business model, comparative to ancient times.WASCO need a total overhaul and no investor / public private interest will improve the system in its currrent form.
It is a shame/disgrace when wasco customers in the center of Soufriere can't get water supply on a consistant basis.
All the authorities do is scare the crap out of people.
