I must tell you that it's disheartening when a tourist is charged $10.00 for a $1.50 ride. Those who engage is dishonest behavior is actually creating a distrust while simultaneouly messing with the economic growth of the island. People remember misdeeds and when word gets around it can have a significant impact on your own economy. Honesty is the best policy everytime.
