What is being done to give the police the support they need to solve these crimes - what about forensics being processed (or not as the labs are hardly operational), cases being brought to court, and then matters being expedited in a timely manner? All that seems to happen is humans get killed, others may rot in prison and all is forgotten...and then it happens all over again, and again.
