yet again we see another political party casting asise the needs of the people who put their trust in them for their own gain. Our prime minister who when faced with difficult decisions always seems to faulter. Yet again thinking of his reputation instead of that of the people!! Ms. Compton being a woman of strong min should have steped down from the post or refused the position seeing that the majority of persons from the Micoud Constituency have made it clear that she was not their desired choice. Is she so desperate to run for politics that she would choose to represent a constituency who has refused to accept her as their representative? Does our PM think that we still live in the backward ages where we accept any decision that he makes without protesting. His comment that "the dissatisfaction of the people of micoud is not his concern and that they will become a united party after they have calmed down", is one of puer arrogance on his part and I say to the PM that these very words will come back to bite his in the rare end.. IT IS HIGH TIME THAT WE STOP TAKING ST LUCIANS FOR GRANTED. THE PEOPLE ARE THE ONES WHO PLACED IN POWER AND THEY WILL BE THE ONES TO KICK YOU OUT!! ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED MEMBER OF MIOUD CONSTITUENCY
