Of course yes. I mean in order to find the right person you cannot just concentrate on one individual you need to date different people to see who you are most compatible with.
Well, I believe that it is morally wrong because remember what goes around comes around. And to me if you are dating more than one person you should at least be open and let the other person know the situation. Besides these things have so much drama, because when the heart is involved it can sometimes get really chaotic. Furthermore, why would someone want to be in second place and be hiding all the time. That is sooo low class.
