I speak as a citizen of Saint Lucia residing oversees. I am for the privatization of the Water Company.
I think the government of the day has a lay back PRO like our Prime Minister who fails to do his job.
He must go all out explaining to the nation the terms and importance of the privatization process. Management will be more aggresive and less waistful.
Ordinary St Lucian should be aware that they will have an opportunity to own shares in our only Water Company. At least we locals will have a voice and a say in decision making.
People let me inform you that the Government of St Lucia will retain the majority of shares of the company and the remaining shares will be available to us who share some interest.
I was only tryign to assist PRO Fedee.
