This is undoubtedly a fantastic idea and the powers that be should be acting on it with all due haste.I dare say that this idea should have originated from either the Home Affairs Mimister or the A.G. (I stand corrected). Notwithstanding, I reiterate that the funds must be sourced and see to it that this wonderful idea should be actioned.This is a classic example of what we can do as a people. Offer our myopic leaders some vision.
