Forever in an investigation... 8:30 in the morning, no one saw the assailant?
Of course people saw. With out a proper witness protection programme nothing will ever change for people to come forward.
Before we can have witness protection we need to have a proud and disciplined police force. Perhaps we should look to Barbados for advice. I hear the officers are very strict.
Please no police force in the Caribbean is strict all of them are a bunch of corrupt fellas.
Where the hell is wrong with St Lucians they cannot stop shooting. STOP!!!
Come on now. The police force is made of people like you and me. They are our only line of defense against criminal elements in our society.
We must be respectful and seek to solve the difficulties which prevent them from being effective. If we ignore this problem for long enough then, trust me you haven't seen what a real corrupt force is like just yet.
So let's reverse the trend.
