Say thanks for the help from Venezuela on behalf of the patients that are in a sporting facility but desperately need to be in a full fledge hospital.

We seem to only see negatives even when there is goodwill. I hope other countries, the US included, come on board with the much needed help to rebuild this vital institution.

How ungrateful this readership is at times, as long as there is financial help and people can get good medical care why be bad mouthed about it, its people who matter.
As far as I can determine Chavez looks after his people very well and you can say what you feel in that society. In St. Lucia today its dangerous to speak out against a political party, you can be sacked, have your locks cut off or be shot, is this not some kind of dictatorship, it smacks of a system that isn't too far from the Iranian type of government, so people look for change here in stead of looking a gift horse in the mouth. St. Lucia gets help on a regular basis from all over the world, sadly the taxes gathered in this country don't seem to go anywhere, or should I say don't appear to be used for health or education as they are meant to be, good on you Chavez.

As far as I'm concern chavez can go to hell with his communist philosophy. He is now gearing up for a war in Central America. I just think he's fat and greedy, that's all.
