yeah Mr Schouhten was a brain well ahead of his time.then again the agricultural officers back then were really dedicated and they had to innovate,using their brains not just hand me down book knowledge. We all can learn a lot from these great St.Lucian agriculturalists. Mark Laporte
As a lover of shrimp, what I am hoping is that the shrimp will be made available to all citzens and at good prices. If the idea is to just supply the hotel and restaurant industry,and for export only, we the people would still have to pay an enormous price to taste those shrimp.

I say we expand and produce/manufacture more of what we utilize on a daily basis.
