How long has this problem been around and where have you been?
Because it's been around for a while does not mean it shouldn't be solve. The gentlemen has the right to advocate for a solution.
Do not worry that is a uwp excuse. They trying to blame everything on the 9 years of the SLP, and they forget the 30 years of the uwp and the M. valley was mostly represented the uwp over the years.
I just wonder the writer's motivation is, because this is not a new problem.

What does it matter whether or not the writer has a motive? We all have a motive for doing something or the other. Every single one of us.
We eat because we are hungry.
We go to the bathroom because we want to pass waste.
We sleep because we are tired.
We socialise becauase we are human.
We take on men or women because we need companionship.
We pray because we fear and love god.
you get my drift.
Tell it to them, one day they will get some common sense.
Maybe the writer is looking for recognition so he can boost his ego.
Silence was golden all those years ago so I'm thinking it might have lost it's luster and now it has no value.
Nothing wrong with this. We all need to boost our ego sometimes.
Aren't you boosting your own ego by trying to dis him?
Yes, typical St lucians they forget the problems which is the people needs of M. Valley and the begin to get personal.
The question is, what did Marcus did with the million dollars given to him by the Taiwanese to do work in M. Valley?
