the association has done it's part. The government both previos and present should have neglected to provide a facility for the sport. Without a proper safe training environment for the young ones i am afraid these efforts wil come to nothing. this record have been played before. Formation of clubs is another thing to bring the sport farward. cyclist must stop depending on the association to do everythin for them and form clubs so that the association can focus on its real work and not that of what clubs should be doing. Releive the pressure of the associationby taking up more responsibility
