So sad to hear about and see the violence that rip at the last threads of our already-worn-out social fabric!!
I understand that he has two kids, with another on the way. God, I hope that his kids at least get to witness a safer, better St. Lucia some day.
Most people who heard that he got killed wasn't surprise. This man was a trouble maker!!!. Even his mom said that on the news, didn't look like she felt sorry.
It's time to start hanging murderers. Hard to feel safe on the island when so many criminals are happily running about.
I do not condone his behaviour, infact, this is the first time I heard of this character; however, no one deserves to be taken away like this.
As I understand, he was a criminal, rapist, etc; but as a civil (I am in doubt) country, shouldn't the law be the one passing judgement.
I rather suspect we have another ANIMAL roaming the streets of St. Lucia.
the person that committed this horrific crime is no better than the person he murdered.
He ran him down,chopped him in the head with a very long cutlass, he tried to run, he follwed him and then chopped off his arms then his legs, then started screaming and waving his cutlass towards the crowd of on lookers to come if anyone wants some to come.
hr was a big man of fair complexion from dennery, with a long beard and a hat like what you would see rastas wearing about 30-40 years old.
He is no better than the person he MURDERED.

Chirs was a missnderstood young man who had no real guidence, the system let him and is letting all the rest of our youth down. we need to understand that their are programs in place for such persons the problem is the government must select the right people to impliment the programs with proper finances. Take for example the heads of SSDF FAILED the youth programs by not doing a good job at calculating the funds, but they are still there they should be fired plane and simple. we insist on keeping managers in the government that are failing at their jobs this is a major problem.
Are we going to end up like Somalia with people just ignoring the law, walking around with weapons, doing whatever the heck they want? Let's just shut down the police training school shall we?
The youth need something and someone to aspire to, to focus on, that light at the end of the tunnel. Isn't that what the "flambeau" signifies?

This man desrved every wound he received, as a matter of fact it was an act of divinity. Here is what happened (not hear say). This guy went to a bar and asked his divinely permissioned executor to buy him a drink. The man responded, I haven't got enough money to buy a drink for you. He proceeded to get his gun out and hit the guy twice across the face whilst saying "how come you eh have mohney to buy a drink fo me?" When the guy complained, he started slaping then punching him across the face and asking you eh know who i is mun" The guy then proceeded to leave and that very night started to sharpen his blade, saying, the poilce wont do anything, this guy has kept dozens of peoples lives miserable, I cyah take it again.
The rest is history.
This guy lives in ciceron where i reside. This guy said he is mounted (supernatural protection against bullets), so he would go around slapping and bullying almost anyone who in the slightest way annoys him, whether it be something you are wearing he doesnt like. This guy was raping a minor anally, yes in her bakside until she fainted, he then boasted of it and asked who want to try sumpting, try it, he is a hitman and so gunshot will lick.
Do you now see you damn hypocrites, these are just some of the atrocities this guy committed and intended to further commit again.
It is people like you who are sub-human, who go around protecting that animal who was justifiably butchered cause he was an animal. You say talk to him, help him, give him a job etc etc. If I had the power, I would imprison folks like you who fester these groteque creatures and let them loose in society. Then when someone takes a stand and gets rid of the epidemic/problem, you all hypocritically cry out, he didnt deserve it, arrest the person who put him away, etc etc. Ill say it again, you all should be impisoned. Its people like you who want these animals out there to cause our citizens to live in constant fear. You have these criminals boasting that they can commit any crime and get away cause they can pay off the judges and lawyers. The GOD of Heaven intervened in this one. That is a FACT some will contest but none can disprove. Let me remind you hypocrites, many saw what happened, and hat man who did the nation a favour stayed right there waiting to be arrested, it was the satisfied onlookers who said to hoim to go, they will not allow him to be wrongfully imprisoned for liberating the nation from the now deceased animal. He then reluctantly fled.
Everyone who has cried out against this divine judgment and who will in the future cry out, I say, they in turn will receive judgement. Those who speak out against the will of the Creator. I could say more but now I must leave. I await the hypocrites to now come and speak against what I have said. Judgement awaits.

I am not agreeing with the divine justice theory.
This is a very tragic situation, two families destroyed even thou the dead man's family who I suspect was as afraid of this man as the rest of society are also relieved that this villain will no longer be making their lives miserable.The nation as a family is breathing a little easier even thou they are afraid.

The sad and disturbing actions that took place in addition to this incident is that someone went and took pictures of this dead character to circulate over the internet but yet no one is coming to give police any info.
I am a St. Lucian by birth, I now live in another country. The images that I see in the news about St. Lucia are frightening and distrubing. The Police themselves should be ashamed of how they treat the citizens of the Island. Stray bullet killing innocent elderly people in their homes. Policemen walking around in fatigue uniform. Are we in Cambodia. Please, please, take off those fatigue. The children in St. Lucia are growing insensitive to the feelings of other citizens and they too will grow up to be criminals. The police seems to be choosing which crimes they pursue, which criminals they choose to apprehend and charge. Why would such an animal be allowed to terrorize the citizens and neighbours, and even his immediate family, in such a way to invoke that kind of response from his mother seeing him dead. She did not even shed a tear. The individual who got rid of him did the island of St.Lucia a favor, they did what the police failed to accomplish. Whomever did this must have been hurt by him. "He who lives ny the sword will die by the sword." The citizens of St.Lucia should rally around this individual, protest any judgement against the individual, and help the individual pay his legal fees. St.Lucia is being RAPED BY THE ST.LUCIA POLICE FORCE'S INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF LEADERSHIP BY OSSIE, May God protect the innocent and give judgement to whom it is due.
The person from ciceron knows what he is talking about. Just last week he wanted to shoot someone there pointing gun as well.
It's not the Police fault when the judge would put a fool like that on bail. The judges need to be blamed as well.
