Yet they offer no completion date for the whole project; not even a time-frame estimate. Who hires a contractor that does not give a time-limit and cost estimate? Evidently, only the St Lucian government does this. Therefore, does this mean that St Lucians will be robbed again?

Do you think the reporter did a good story? I think not. I do not think she asked, or reported this story in a professional manner.
