Wow!Kudos to all those who made the event the success that published. Kudos to the author of the article except that I would prefer to see a pic of the dishes or patrons sampling them.From the patriotic standpoint especially asthe event coincided with Independence Anniversary,I'd be happy for the author to elaborate on S.Lucia"s national dish.
