I just hope these guys can command the respect of the criminals, because the criminal are are armed really heavy these days. Where are the equipment provided for them, eg. handcuffs, communication radios, batons, mist, touch lights or even fire arms. In these modern times any security personal should per-sect these equipments, or else they will not make any sense.
