I dare these people who commented to demonstrate that they are more qualified than Emma Hipployte (since she is the one I know very well) ...or have more experience in accounting/audit than this woman who is highly respected by those who have had the good fortune to engage in conversation with her .....Yes people engage in conversation with engage being the operative word... ...
Yes I get so angry when I see such nonsense....maybe the physical appearance of the ladies might be as a result of their burden of carrying the problems of St Lucia on their backs.for so many years.. while the empty vessels continue to just make noise...
Labour,can win the election,maybe with Kenny, but certainly without Kenny. The Labour party leadership are also aware Kenny is a liability but lack the courage to dump him, missed place loyalty and all that.
So that leaves the onus on the electorate of Vieuxfort South vote Kenny out. While the rest of the country votes Labour. Labour without Kenny is the best hope for our country.
So Vieuxfort South the destiny of our beloved country is in your hands.

I agree with the previous comment. Labour will win the next election, but to ensure victory they must get rid of Kenny. We are fed up with the UWP charlatons but we don't want Kenny. Kenny has showed no regret, no compassion, the best he can come up with was contemptable "he was unaware of the plight of the malaway". Where has the bloke been living, every body in St. Lucia is aware of the plight of the poor in the Islan bar Kenny.

On a side, how is Emma's experience valid when so many negative things were said about here during her years working for government. Worst yet, is she beging brought onboard to help Kenny count the people's money? Remember he washed 45 million down the drain?
Philip Pierre its your time to lead this country. Forget loyality to Kenny forget spliiting the Party, dump Kenny before he destroys the party.

The Labour Party is always showing us some very dangerous signals. Now the ladies are in red too. St. Lucia is again going to be in trouble if the reds get into government,
My fellow st lucians it is time to stop bashing and put on our thinking cap and think.
Don't say things because of hearsay or what someone write about to believe its true we are more into destroying each other than building each other up What has Kenny done so bad, Focus on the present King Goverment and their Stewardship, Who is Benefitting, Are the rich Getting richer and the poor getting poorer.
Think on the future of fair helen and the population of young people we have coming.
Take into consideration the leaders who want to be leader in st lucia, especially prime ministership.
Look at their qualifications, Mr Anthony, Mr King, Mr Prudent, and who best can represent St Lucia At home, Around the caribbean, And the World.then the one voted on can be a reflection of who we are as a nation especially in this Globalize world.
The focus cannot only be on King and Prudent. It has to be on Kenny more than ever. He is the one that seems more greedy to replace King. Why the rush? Does he and his inner circle missed the government fat they use to abuse? In the case of Kenny, even more focus is needed because of his past bad deeds. I don't think St Lucia should elect a man who has hundreds of greedy and hungry henchmen waiting to suck the country dry again. Under Kenny a lot of fellas who were poor became rich overnight. This should be on the minds of a all of St Lucia. This is what we need to safeguard our country against: Men who cry fowl in the name of protecting country when in truth they just can't wait for a chance again to spread the "wealth" among themselves.
Kenny is power hungry and ideas deficient. He is financially error prone and legally blinkered. The law is his only tool hammer which makes every problem a nail.
I am sourly disappointed in the comment thread below, I agree with the SLP in identifying the UWP as a real bankrupt party of foul and foolery. To think you can win an election with that kind of blogging. It is my greatest pleasure to sit with the young people of my office who are neither here nor there to show you up. These are your own sentiments and it is what will be used to flog you. I am a proud Labour supporter, and your vile from words will not destroy Labour. I dare you to point to what this government has done to improve on the quality of life of the average St. Lucian. I smell strongly that Labour will give King another chance to be back for another five years. That's because Labour does not have someone appropriate to be leader in their camp right now.

In response to the person who asked how do I know that the people are not as qualified or have more experience than Emma.... I wish to ask that my comment be read again since I qualified it by saying experience in "auditing and accounting". I am willing to put my neck on a block and say that the people who were Director of Audit in SLU before and after Emma would never stoop that low and write such nonsense about women who are willing to face the storm of what is seen as politics in St Lucia !!! Not only that but Emma has been in demand for national and international auditing Boards .....she will certainly make a difference in how SLU creates and spends its budget mark my words.....
