Typically you missed the point and as is commom with you Earl when you dont grasp a concept you tend to devalue and ridicule the matter - very sad for a former Primeminister spokesman.

Agree with blogger#1.Earl has missed the point. But he has never been one to grasp any point, except a joint. His ideas are always disjointed, farfetched and destructive.

I am flabbergasted that a newspaper would allow such nonsense to be printed, it clearly demonstrates the small mindedness of the men here, I am sure if sex was on offer at the end of the march, fathers day or not it would have been attended by more than 10,000. Living in St. Lucia is like being in a massive playground where most people are displaying a childish mentallity as seen in schools. Is there no one who doesn't think only about themselves.
Mother and fathers day were developed so that at least once a year you could remember the love for a parent, its shouldn't be there to make money for capiitalist fat cats, when Mothers day started a bunch of flowers was the most one would give, a token. Society has lost the point like Valentines day you are all being manipulated to buy gifts with money you can't afford (of course in St. Lucia you have to be seen to be giving the best, then the children do without) the poor stay poor and the rich get richer. I would far rather give my time and energy to protesting about all the ills here, high prices corrupt politicians and police, the list goes on.

Lets face it, the find your baby daddy march was a bust. Then the organizers on the radio said the Church didn't do enough to prompt it !! B.S. !!
