When-ever it is a poor persons involved in any incidents, accidents or what-ever, the police is so quick to give all the identity/details of that poor person. Alas, the same cannot be said of the "haves" and the "pretend haves"...their identities are NEVER revealed. Why?
Indeed, above, with bails like that, these guys feel emboldens to do whatever they feel like - killing innocent people. The justice system is the root cause. Period.

850 dollars bail for causing the death of another while driving without a licence ... i hope i aint that cheap ... then again i cant be
