Home ownership = construction = income multiplier = wealth creation - the dollar outflows of imports for building construction materials.
The Chinese told its people that it was alright to be wealthy. They listened. They worked. They are the number two economy in the world.
St. Lucians believe that the world is going to get them developed by ministers going around the world begging for election projects from even unsavory characters and international criminals like Ghaddafi thanks to our own set of dishonorable MPs.
But who is listening or reading this? Perhaps the wrong people. LPM has the right ideas as usual, but has to overcome tribal politics.
The time is now, change is on the horizon.
