At last!!! This is another door being opened to show St Lucians how vibrant we are in the Creative Industries.
At least there will be a cadre of artists who will be able to show, and maintain, that the arts (in all creative forms, including entertainment, literature, film, etc) is a BUSINESS and not a past-time. People will be seriously making the arts their livelihood, professionally and business oriented.
Government ministers and their P.S.'s ... please take note!! And note well!!
