Regis should take a hike into the sunset. The country is better off without him.
Common sense should prevail here; Francois is the man for the job. Why is it taking so long to make it official?
Regis ask the government to pay him off and let Mr. Francois continue the good work he has started.
Mr Francios should be given the job as Police Commissioner. He is doing a wonderful job. St.Lucia will be a better place under his leadership he will keep both Citizens and visitors to our shores safe.
The unfortunate deaths of 8 persons at the hands of the police may be a controversial matter for you Micah but not for me. We would never know how many more murders would have been recorded if Operation Restore Confidence was not done. As for Regis, he has no business in the Force and instead of taxpayers compensating him for what the Court claims was his wrongful transfer, he should reimburse taxpayers the salary he got while he claimed to be sick. How come he is suddenly better and able to return to work only now that his case is settled in Court?
Regis has no love for Lucia.

I have great respect for Mr. Regis but Francois has proven that he is the man for the job. Let him stay, and create another job for Regis.
Another job was created for Regis who got pissed he took government to court and won the case. But he did not deserve to win the case. In this country we seem to thrive on poor performance and the bad guy always win. How sad!
The case was not about his performance but about the legality of his transfer to that other job.
If the previous government had given Mr. Regis his due process and done things the right way, he would not have had a leg to stand on. However, they messed things up and the courts made them pay. Now all St. Lucians will pay, however this turns out.
The Regis saga is only one of many living proof of King's poor judgements--who where his advisors i ask??? All lack basic common sense to have foiled so badly.
KENNY ANTHONY's DOWNFALL will be the decision regarding Ausbert Regis. The wrong decision by KENNY ANTHONY, will destroy his political career forever, and he will be a much hated man within the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force.
Kenny Anthony is proving over and over, how incompetent he is. A collectioon of ascademic qualifications is one thing, but being a straight, honest, effective Leader is a totally different matter.
We are watching. LOL. I can well understand what the WIKILEAKS Cables said about Kenny Anthony as a leader.
This is a man who was never recorded as being bright.
Kenny Anthony in my view is a dunce, an idiot. The man knew that he was attempting to remain as the leader of the SLP. and there would have been the possibility of him getting into power and hence, political leadership in Government, YET, he had the audacity to sit at the first Court Hearing involving Ausbert Regis versus the then UWP represented by an attorney, who also represented Kenny Anthony in Court against that Government of Saint Lucia. with Claudius Francis, a man with question marks all over his reputation, at Keny Anthony's side.
Kenny Anthony has compromised himself and demonstrated his hunger to return to the levers of power. But if he even completes a full five year term, he will be out, without a doubt next elections, hich will be coming faster than the last term. Now that same KENNY ANTHONY is best friends with Ambassador Chou.
Oh Kenny Anthony, the signs are clear that you are CURSED. And only you will destroy yourself.

Kenny Anthony is really re-enforcing the view held by numerous Saint Lucians that he operates in a deceptive, devious and very dishonest manner.
Where the hell are the other members of the Cbinet to let Kenny Anthony know where to get off, both in terms of Ausbert Regis and Ausbert D'Auvergne.
Mario Michel must be now having the loudest laugh. He knows Kenny Anthony well.
Could Kenny's position regarding Ausbert Regis, have anything to do with the woman from Vieux-Fort who facilitated a man through the Hewanorra Airport VIP Lounge, and was arrested upon his arrival in London, for possession of cocaine. This same woman had also once managed the Constituency Office of Kenny Anthony.
Kenny Anthony knows full well, that Ausbert Regis should not be Saint Lucia's Commissioner of Police. Let Kenny hang himself. We will all enjoy that.
Francois management could never be matched by Ausbert Regis. Regis was and still is incompetent alongside other ???????.
Regis has no shame. Barefaced bastard.
Blogger of January 22 @ 3.53PM. This case involving the woman and the Hewanorra VIP Lounge, died a natural death, considering the gravity of that situation, and all the big, pres conference held with SLASPA with Ausbert Regis in attendance.
