There is no such thing as an 'ex' rapist, they are rapists full stop. Several female travel agents in NY have stopped promoting St Lucia given the background of the tourism minister. They have a choice where to encourage Caribbean visitors looking for some sun. There are good times to be had in Barbados, St Croix, St Vincent without the grinning rapists in the newspapers dem have in St Lucia.
