OK first story. As a follow-up you could interview Government officials such as the Director of Statistics to verify the accuracy of the figures cited in the report and the Miniser of Community Development or Prime Minsiter to find out what plans Government has to address some of the report's findings.
Why oh why do St Lucia reporters sit on the fence by just printing out a publish report as an article without giving an opinion or view of how that info published can be used in the interest of country development etc,. This article could have included a paragraph on how there has been improvement or decline in the last five or so many years. Or even how it has influence public policy, action etc and interview with a relevant government or NGO. Micah I expect much better from you.
