The former minister of agriculture, was a swell headed idiot who surronded himself with persons just as stupid and therefore failed to achieve nothing as far as controlling the Black sigatoka virus. The current Minister is more mouth than action,therefore I expect nothing different..First mistake was to bring these folks from UWI who do'nt know their A*** from awhole in the ground about Black Sigatoka.
How about using some of the millions being paid to Cornibert and company to control the Black Sigatoka????
Ask the Central Americans/American plantation owners where the disease came from and they may tell you. First they took us to court and killed our EU market and now killed our bananas for good.
Yeah and we are about to make friends with them through ALBA.....
IF U CAN'T BEAT THEM Y NOT JOIN THEM??
We keep treating our banana plantations like tourists destinations.
Why take tourists from all over the world unto our banana plantations? Doesn't make much sense.
