Time and time again, over 95% of the time, Saint Lucia's largely backward, unsophisticated and country-bookie governments are neither interested in understanding, NOR have ANY UNDERSTANDING of the ramifications of the international/regional Agreements that they are signing on behalf of a largely uninformed, dumbed-down and careless population and citizenry.
