Who’s fooling who? It is not surprising; --- It’s the gamesmanship of political patronage.
In return Saint Lucians get poorer, the future of Saint Lucia is mortgaged to the maximum allowed, with the expectation that 15% VAT will take care of runaway borrowing.
Another tepid commentary from the authour telling us what we already know; that all politicians are crooks; so we should let another party (besides the UWP & SLP) have a chance at sucking Helen's teats dry.

No wonder, we continue to vote in 5 year cycles and live the same experience over and over again.
