workinprogress said...: Sadly, we are going to keep seeing this decline as technology advances. As wonderful as technology is, it can take away from the learning process because there is an app for everything. With the advent of twitter, we are condensing everything into 140 characters and we are starting to mirror this in the way we speak. We also condense everything in bbm, whatsapp, imessenger. Everything is conversational on facebook and proper grammar is not required, so it is not a surprise when it goes out the window both in our children's work and in our own. We need to maintain some sort of balance when it comes to technology, because while we need it, we lose alot because of it.; July 22, 2012 at 5:28 AM

Your point of view is fine, but above it there are other truths: the mind, the brain capacity, in influence from home, parents (where are they?).
Proper grammar is not required anywhere, not only not on Facebook, but bad grammar does not take you anywhere. You are dismissed and you wonder why.; July 22, 2012 at 6:58 AM
