Yes, you get that right Mr. Comissioner. The persons who cause the social breakdown, are the ones most vocal in blaming police.
They create families they cannot manage; they lack even basic social skills; they do not conform to civil society. Some saint lucians are so dysfunctional, they only know how to be destructive and blame others who do not endorse useless existence.
The job of the police is to restore order when and where there is disorder irrespective of the cause. Recomendations should be made to the courts whereby punishments are harsher to suit the crime etc. Information is easy to find and efficient investigative techniques deplored and case closed.
The area he listed are marginalized communities. if one day, everyone respected each other-regradless of wealth structure ---maybe these young men and women will aspire to better things.
The commissioner is correct- love your neighbor -
