Does not matter whether the police were tipped-off...Fact is they did a damn good job and the outcome is positive. Let's bravo them so that they can do even better next time.
The police need to continue doing a good job, as good or even better than they have done in this case. Proper intelligence should be able to help them identify all those who are currently involved in the drug network in Saint Lucia and beyond.
3:28 AM above, are your brains under your feet or do you deliberately blog stupidity?
Let me help you be sensible with this question: "Should the police search every boat in the RB marina each time they want to make an extensive search on a particular suspect boat?"
The police already know the relationship between the boss of Rodney Bay and all the drug demons and Tinards incorporated. The police know the vampires and medusas that mastermind crime in Saint Lucia, but without support of the public, they will not tackle these aggressively.
Isn't it interesting that there was such a big bust one year after SLP is back in government? If the tax evaders and those the US Embassy say were drug barons were still in power, I'm sure Monsieur Tinard would have been tipped off by certain politicians. That's why the COP and his cops must not involve politicians in their investigations. Good work RSLPF.
Investigations should not stop there. Make a plea deal with this vampire or force him to diclose of his sources and contacts and continue the raids and arrests. We cannot afford to let them destroy the land particularly the youths who dwell in it. Sieze their assets and help boost the economy.
Here is an interesting one on Minister Victor Phillip La Corbiniere; a few weeks ago there was a large cocaine bust at the Rodney Bay Marina. A French man was arrested and held at Bordelais Correctional Facility.
Why the minister for National Security hasn’t step forward and explain to the citizens the true method in which his cops were able to take down such an enormous amount of drugs is mysterious?
Should we assume the rumors on the streets of Fort de France and Castries are true, that a certain SLP goon and messenger boy did not receive his advance payment promised by the smugglers therefore alerting Minister La Corb’s dirty cops to intercept the French man’s illicit cargo?

Bravo! Great job RSPF.
Were the police tipped-off? Why such an extensive search of this particular boat when there're so many other boats in the Rodney- Bay area?
