Corruption is rampant everywhere on this island. To succeed one has to be connected to someone in authority or political party. No one seems to care as long as they benifit. Where is the LOVE ?
Any seasoned reporter would know that everything from the paragraph that begins "Even as police investigators keep close..." to the last paragraph has absolutely no business in what the caption of the article says.
Why is the UNDP report more than TWICE the length of the reason why the article's intention clearly states in the headline?
Mr. Kenny Anthony must show us in Saint Lucia what is being done about CORRUPTION.
What about the operations of the INTEGRITY COMMISSION?
Disclosure by Elected Public Officials and Senior Civil Servants.
Does disclosure include WASCO, SLASPA, NDC etc. They should include those as well.
The findings of the 2012 UNDP Report is a sad indictment on St. Lucia. Especially noting what the youth of this country thinks of their Country. Very sad state of affairs indeed.

Too much fluff. Just stick to the story.
Shouldn't that be "first responders", Mr. George?
Excellent Article, Mr. George.
