Remembering Our Heroes

So your heroes are mostly lawyers. Right?

Thanks and no thanks.

Just look around you. See their legacy?

Lawyers generally don't fix anything else ... but their pocketbooks.

Your heroes did not fix anything. They found a mess and bequeathed a bigger mess.

The Great 1948 Castries Fire served as a cover-up for the borbol and unethical behaviours that permeated the profession then, and what still remains today, its modus operandi!

Saint Lucia's legal fraternity is teeming with some well-known leeches.

I will go further than Pat. You and I are also heroes in our own rights. Don't leave me out next time Pat. The article is significant though as it recapitulates some of our history. Students take note
