These people mad? Private students in foreign affairs? Has Prudent lost all his marbles?
Before you rush to say Mr. Prudent has lost his marbles try and make sense out of what he has said. Everything don't have to be about politcs.
But if most of it is nonsense?
No matter how big the cup in hand , no amount of Embassies or Missions will do Jack to fill it.
We in these islands need to fix our own problems instead of crying poverty. Climate change etc to try to get hand outs.
Wake up ,live within your means and trim spending. Same old Same old is not going to fix the problem.
Alva is not the one running the Foreign Affairs Ministry.

Did you not see the fiasco at the CARICOM Heads of Government Meeting held here right after the last general elections?
We were all ashamed as Lucians.
What a mess that was. What a shame, that was.
I strongly believe that is why Sir. Derek Walcott could not stay much longer. This was so low standard. No finesse.
Kenny brought a woman from Sir. Arthur Lewis Community College as Master of Ceremony and that was a mess, a fiasco.
Most of our people dont think when they go to poll,long as they get free rum,T-shirt and party music.
Perhaps the day will come to realize our prime minister is a very very costly factor in his financial decision making.

The government needs to cut cost by any means necessary. Alot of these islands are in deep finacial termoil. Dominica sells passports for a hundred thousond dollar investment without the new citizen having spent a minute on the island. In St Kitts the opposition is pushing for a vote of no confidence in the Denzel government. In Jamaica, the Portia government in collaboration with the IMF are asking the banks and bond investors to take a second cut in interest. Bush of the Caymans was run off of his prime ministership position due to inappropriate use of public funds. It is about time we gat the message here in St lucia.

Prudent is hard at work to keep the LPM in the news. What's new? Simply just another shameless PR attempt.

But before you can change anything you have to have power. In our system the PM has it all. What dem LPM fellas are doing is wasting their time and yours with their foolish ideas. Who is listening? You?
Some of these suggestions are good. We really are not getting much of a return from these embassies we have all over the place and they are costing us mucho money. Good luck getting help from the embassy in New York. If you happen to be over there and need to get your passport renewed, do not go through them. They know nothing! And they have a whole bunch of people working there, not exactly sure what they're doing.
I do not agree with everything the LPM writes but it's always food for thought. Another way to view things, whether or not I agree.
Thought without action is like going for morning or evening walks. LPM has now cemented in the minds of people is that is just about a writers club of two persons trying to make or grab headlines but sadly with a lot of half-baked ideas.
Ask them what their tourism officials in Atlanta Ga are doing? I have been to GA several times and have not seen any visible presence of marketing however, they are being paid huge salaries with hefty per diems - no VAT here.
How about Hyppolite in Miami Florida, that's one lazy incompetent man getting a hugh salary from the St.Lucia Government plus his pension from AT&T and he does nothing.All he does is drive them stupid Ministers around when they are down here we Lucians are sick of it.

You lost in the last election. matter of fact you and your party of nobody's didn't so much as register an effect. but here you are spreading words of wisedom. Go away and let the two real political parties administer good governance with out you siphoning off confused voters votes.
Some of you bloggers usually make my day. I can never stop laughing at some of the comments.especially feb 13th at3.25pm and the last blogger. I just can't stop laughing.
Prudent is just like Kenny. He en know bull foot from bull cow about helping an economy grow. Like Kenny he will see what he can do when he gets into power. Kenny already knows that he can do so much of nothing. He en even bothering his head. He will just busy himself with his tours of duty as tourister in chief around the world.
Nothing new, because as is his wont, he goes through the usual motions, with pointless speech making here and abroad. The routine is taken care of by the acting PMs. Now, this one up there is doing just speech writing practice only. He is not in power yet.
