The writer is spot on!!Another peeve of mine are all the abandoned rusting vehicle carcasses strewn along the roadsides. Such a beautiful island occupied by a careless lot!
Why should the Government shoulder all cost when no one want to pay taxes. It should be the vendors in that vicinity responsibility.
