This says alot about the wisdom of the Financial Services Sector. Neither the Insurance Companies, Finance Houses, Money Services Businesses or the Banks saw the wisdom in supporting such an important initiative?
I can't believe this is happening in this Country. You mean they could not "put in" one thousand dollars. Economic stress or not.
