Are we learning from the mistakes of others?

well said and put together, I do hope that lucians, meaning those who have it will think of the ones who can't and are struggling to make by, will be the ones who countinue to struggle, and the ills of people social life will deepen, our society will be a total mess with crimes of all sort. its an economic crisiss all over the world and goverments are trying to find solution to the vexing problem. maybe what the government should do is to go to every agency and see who are doing their job and who are not then those who are incompetent send them home.
