Hyper Mart Building And Lands For Sale

Anyone negotiating this sale ought to go in low-balling. Not only is the government in a desperate and awkwardly vulnerable position, ministers are on record questioning the stability of this building.

It would be really interesting to see how the Planning Ministry handles this, once the property is sold. Anyone see a potential conflict here?

Simply put: If I am knowingly selling a faulty product, how do I then turn around and impose stringent requirement standards on the purchaser? This person has rescued me, after all. Do I bite the hand that fed me?

I do here-by make a generous offer of $1.00 for this unstable poorly constructed white elephant.
I'd offer more but because of the building being on the land, it'll cost me too much to demolish and dispose of the rubbish. The site is worth more if it were raw land.

Who are its Principals?

When was it Registered?

And all pertinent information. Such as, for example, Any commission fees attached?

Conflict of Interest. WE need all pertinent info on that Company in charge of selling that building.

Something stinks like an old dirty FART.

Attention; ladies and gentlemen' Mario Lendor is Philip Pierre's side-kick.

This whole company and its operations and how it got to undertake this mission must be made fully transparent and full accountability made known to us; Lucians.

Where is the UWP voices on this?

Anonymous @ 7:45 you asked "where is the UWP voices on this? Whom do you think got us in the mess we are in? Huh? The went ahead and purchased a faulty building that was over priced. You expect to hear anything from them??

There is nothing wrong with the building. This is ONLY the latest in the game of the dirty side of St. Lucian politics, with the labour party hell bent on discrediting most things done by any one else. This government has blinkers when it come to accessibility to government offices and the need to better serve especially Gros Islet, fast expanding hotel plants, residential and business sectors. You as the Labor government need to get off your high horses, and do what you were elected to do, for you are selling your DCA and local engineers, and workers short with the reasons give for the sale of that building. You are letting go of $75,000,000.00 dollars in holding for RENTAL that tops to $19,000,000.00 per year, how is that sound investing

Is there a DCA report concerning the structural integrity of that building? If so, it would be extremely instructive at this time.

Blogger can the Public on this Blog have the details on how you arrived with the SEVENTY-FIVE MILLION DOLLARS from Rental. I don't doubt you one bit. But it is relevant and necessary to prove to us Lucians that Kenny is a disaster when it comes to QUANTITATIVE SUBJECTS. That's a well-known fact.

This man could never establish a business and succeed. Did he ever even establish a Law Firm here or anywhere else. LOL.

No one will invest a large amount for this building and land.
Try a rich Russian magnate. Mega yacht ST. David is In de
marina opposite the Bread Basket. It is owned by a Russian Biljardair. Market price? There is no market for
this building in a world wide recession.
