Satisfied customer or shameless attempt at guerrilla marketing? I'm on the fence with this one as I doubt the average "customer" would be aware of the qualifications of technicians. Ha! Interesting approach, though.

This extremely articulate and very satisfied customer seems to lend support to the argument.

For marketing in Saint Lucia, it nonetheless remains a remarkable piece of social media networking commentary, whoever is really the author.
