This is exactly where this man belongs. At the CARNIVAL He is best suited and performs better there than he is capable of performing at WASCO. He needs to be removed from WASCO.
OH St. Lucia, is that all you live for? party, party, party? no work, work, and work? no incentive for creative development; no desire to attract any form of Industry to the Island? go ahead, party till you drop dead, but don't forget to feed the poor, create a future for your many children, a cleaner and safer environment worth living in and good luck for your sick and uncertain future without a penny.
