In the public's interest,could the editor of this newspaper source and publish the contents of the PETRO CARIBE agreement so that st.lucians can scrutinize it.
The only shock is the effrontery of the UWP party hierarchy to serve the country 'spoilt goods' again, disguised as a worthy party leader. Everyone, except the absolutely dumb, knows that only the garbage heap readily accepts and welcomes spoilt goods.
