Where are the offices of Asphalt and Mining located, what is the phone number, where is the road building equipment stored, has any one seen their vehicles on the road, who is the CEO, CFO, CIO?
where are the flambeaus who like to yap against this government, am hoping they can shed light because st lucians knows from Allen chastenet down they were a st of corrupt leaders who were bent on bleeding this country of everything to further themseives and their friends agenda whiles the poor go hungry. I feel pity for our poor brothers and sisters who are supporters of this clan.
The government should investigate Asphaslt and mining as to who are the ceo, who are those culprit, plus whether they are registered in st lucia to do business.
If this is a Design, Finance and Build Project. Why was any advance payment paid to the Contractor in the first place???
Surely the Finance was to be arranged by A&M Ltd and GOSL would pay it back over an agreed period of time at an agreed interest rate when the Works are completed.
Hence no payment should be made until the completion of the Works.
Will MP Joseph explain those advances to the public? bon
ReplyDeleteAnother question is: who is Asphalt and Mining and who are the owners ??? Must be interesting how contracts are awarded.

ReplyDeleteMy MP Joseph have the answers, you guys just have to go ask him.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the track record of Asphalt&Mining in St.Lucia?
ReplyDeleteAnd why have payments made to a company without track record??
Roadwork contracts worth in million of $ are awarded without tendering.
ReplyDeleteIts time to put a end on this practise in waisting taxpayers money!
NO entry no "F.+-+..KING ENTRY"
