Yes, the picture does tell us the rest of the story. I am thousands of miles away from St. Lucia; but I can see that Theophilus was very reluctant to place the "yellow' cap on his head. He was neither honourable; wise or smart enough to show a sens of PEACE at such a time like this.

Does it not take a much longer time to put on a Tee0shirt; as opposed to putting on a cap?.
