Perhaps with more of these altruistic or streamlined types of grants -made at even earlier stages of learning -we shall reap more ST Lucia born medical Doctors instead of lawyers.
A shining example to follow. It is an act most definitely a lot less shallow than most of the 'give backs' from the very questionable sources of income being redistributed to party hacks and the like, by some of our very beloved politicians. Thanks Dr. H. Regis. Kudos!
