I totally agree with you, we as St. Lucians accept everything that is put infront of us, not everything that glitters is gold, we need to understand that education is important and priceless.

What I find very troubling, is that someone who boasts of 3 years of college in the USA, could have such a poor grasp of the English language.
You sound like someone who is bitter about not realizing your goals, so you will lash out at anyone who dares to achieve theirs.
Life does not always follow the paths that we prefer. Instead, we usually find that those who started fast are not the ones crossing the "finish" line.
Also, a little research will teach you, that these "shorter program colleges" are exposing the un-necessary "electives", that offer nothing more than an opportunity for traditional colleges to bleed more funds from the purses of their students.
America is steadily replacing the traditional colleges with these types of colleges; and yes, they are fully accredited.
Employers are increasingly looking to these colleges to staff their businesses, because the classes are usually smaller, thereby allowing for greater one-on-one instruction, and they also offer greater hands-on learning for the students, making them ready to move into areas of greater responsibility on the job sooner than their "traditional" peers.
However, I have no knowledge of the college that you speak of, so I cannot speak of their credibility. I can just tell you that the old myth of the so-called "ivy league" college is no longer valid.
Deal with it!

Monroe College is fully accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education that is in turn recognised by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Postsecondary Education. Perhaps you could talk to the school about completing your degree.
